Erin Thursby is the Executive Director of GastroJax. She’s the Food Editor for EU Jacksonville and seems to eat shrimp & grits wherever she goes. You’ll often find her at the markets around town checking out the local wares and food. She loves Jacksonville, both in possibility and in actuality. She treasures all the hard-working and dedicated folks (like the GastroJax board and all the GastroFest volunteers) who help make events like GastroFest happen in Jacksonville.
