ABOUT ZEN BUTCHER COMPANY:
The Zen Butcher Company was created with one purpose, to show people it’s possible to eat deliciously and compassionately. We wanted to create a product for vegans, omnivores, and anyone in between, that was interested in adding more plant based protein into their diets. All products are 100% vegan, hand crafted, and created in Jacksonville. We create a diverse line up of artisan meats and cheeses that are sure to trick even the most devout carnivore. We offer our products at Riverside Arts Market every Saturday and we also do special orders available for pickup in our Jacksonville Beach kitchen (special pickups are by appointment only, please call or email us to schedule a pickup). In the next month our products will also be available at Native Sun for retail purchase. We also work with over 15 restaurants throughout Jacksonville and St Augustine, including Taco Lu, Sunray Cinema, Jax Beach Brunch Haus, Hovan 5 Points, and more.
